Sam Nda-Isaiah

Sam Nda-Isaiah was a Nigerian journalist, entrepreneur, and politician who was born in Minna, Niger State, Nigeria, in 1962. He studied pharmacy at Obafemi Awolowo University and worked as a pharmacist at Kano Specialist Hospital and General Hospital, Minna. He later became a columnist and board member of Daily Trust newspaper, and a committee member of the Kano State Government to revive The Triumph newspaper. He founded and chaired the Leadership Newspaper Group, one of the leading media houses in Nigeria. He also established several other businesses in various sectors, such as education, agriculture, e-commerce, and hospitality. He was a presidential aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2015 general elections. He was known for his outspokenness, patriotism, and vision for Nigeria. He died on December 11, 2020, at the age of 58, from natural causes. He was buried on December 14, 2020, in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory. He is survived by his wife and children.
