Eventually settling in Germany, he continued his music career in exile, performing across Europe and occasionally touring other countries. Parsa's music, characterized by soft rock, pop, ghazals, and classical influences, played a significant role in shaping Afghan pop culture. His untimely death in Vancouver, Canada, following a concert altercation, left a void in the Afghan music scene.
