Tormod Kristoffer Hustad was a Norwegian architect and politician who was affiliated with the pro-Nazi party Nasjonal Samling during World War II. He served as the minister of agriculture and labour in the puppet governments of Vidkun Quisling and Josef Terboven. He was also a prominent advocate of national building culture and rural development. He designed several buildings and restored some of the old stave churches in Norway. He is also known as the designer of the NTH ring, a symbol of the graduates of the Norwegian Institute of Technology. After the war, he was convicted of treason and sentenced to life imprisonment and forced labour. He died in 1973 at the age of 84.
