Francisco Jorge Stanley Albaitero

Francisco Jorge Stanley Albaitero, better known as Paco Stanley, was a Mexican TV host, comedian, poet, and politician. He started his career in radio in 1969 and then moved to television in 1974. He worked for Televisa and TV Azteca, hosting various shows such as ¡Ándale!, Llévatelo, Pácatelas, and Una tras otra. He was also a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party and participated in some political activities. He had a passion for theater and poetry, and he recorded three albums with his poems. He was known for his humor, charisma, and popularity among the Mexican audience. He was married twice and had four children, one of them being Paul Stanley, a current TV host. He was assassinated on June 7, 1999, by unknown gunmen while he was leaving a restaurant with his colleagues. His death shocked the nation and sparked a series of investigations and controversies. He is remembered as one of the most influential and beloved figures of Mexican television.
