Vu Minh Son

Nhật Sơn, born Vũ Minh Sơn, was a Vietnamese singer known for his contributions to Vietnamese pop music. He began his career at the age of six, performing traditional Vietnamese Cải lương music and Vietnamese pop songs. He became well-known for his covers of "Lòng mẹ" and "Còn thương rau đắng mọc sau hè". After a hiatus due to his changing voice, he returned to the music scene at 19 with a new stage name and a shift to pop music. His first album "Tôi vẫn hát" was released in 2007 to critical acclaim. Tragically, his life was cut short when he was killed by his partner in 2013. His music and legacy continue to influence the Vietnamese music industry.
