Enrique Urquijo

Enrique Urquijo was a Spanish singer, songwriter, and guitarist who was one of the three brothers in the pop rock band Los Secretos formed in 1980. He also formed his parallel band Los Problemas in 1993, where he explored his personal tastes in music, such as country, folk, and ranchera. He collaborated with many other artists, such as José Alfredo Jiménez, Jackson Browne, and Warren Zevon. He was one of the most emblematic singers of the Spanish youth movement that emerged during the transition to democracy. He died of a drug overdose in 1999, at the age of 39.
