Some of his notable movies include Slave Warrior, Idemili, and Dance of Grace. He was also a mentor and a father figure to many young actors in the industry. He died on January 22, 2021, following health complications. He was 83 years old. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, and other relatives. He was buried in his hometown of Enugu, Nigeria.
