Iosif Constantin Drăgan was a prominent Romanian-Italian businessman, writer, and historian. He founded the ButanGas company and was known for his historical works and contributions to Romanian historiography. Drăgan was also a controversial figure due to his alleged connections with the Securitate and his admiration for Romanian leader Ion Antonescu. Despite these controversies, he left a significant mark on both the business and cultural landscapes of Romania and Italy.
