Bunsom Martin was a Thai medical doctor and university professor, born on September 19, 1922, in Lampang, Thailand. He was instrumental in pioneering the establishment of physical education in Thailand. His roles included serving as Minister of Education, Minister of Public Health, and President of Chiang Mai University. He was also a member of the World Scout Committee and was awarded the 209th Bronze Wolf for exceptional services to world Scouting. He passed away on June 9, 2008, in Bangkok, Thailand.
