Luu Trong Lu

Lưu Trọng Lư was a Vietnamese poet, playwright, and novelist. Born on June 19, 1911, in Hạ Trạch, Bố Trạch District, Quảng Bình Province, he was a prominent figure in Vietnamese literature. He attended Quốc học Huế school and later moved to Hanoi to work as a writer and journalist. He was one of the founders of the New Poetry Movement in Vietnam and wrote many famous poems such as "The Voices of Autumn" (Tiếng Thu). He passed away on August 10, 1991, in Hanoi, Vietnam, at the age of 80.
