Nguyen Qui Duc

Nguyen Qui Duc was a Vietnamese American radio broadcaster, writer, editor, and translator. Born in Da Lat, Vietnam, he moved to the United States in 1975 and returned to live in Hanoi in 2006. He worked for the BBC in London, KALW-FM in San Francisco, and was a commentator for National Public Radio. He hosted Pacific Time, a national program on Asian and Asian American affairs. His essays appeared in various publications, and he contributed to anthologies. He translated and co-edited books, receiving awards for his work in journalism and documentary filmmaking.
