Edward Abramowski

Edward Abramowski was a Polish thinker, writer, and activist who contributed to the development of philosophy, psychology, and sociology in his country. He was influenced by the ideas of Herbert Spencer, Charles Darwin, and Karl Marx, but also developed his own original views on social issues. He was a critic of capitalism, state authority, and organized religion, and advocated for a cooperative and ethical society based on mutual aid and voluntary association. He was one of the founders of the Polish cooperative movement and the Polish Psychological Society. He also supported the Polish independence movement and participated in various socialist and anarchist organizations. He wrote many books and articles on topics such as social psychology, ethics, aesthetics, authority, poverty, and social justice. He died of pneumonia in 1918, at the age of 49.
